§ 10-57. General requirements.

(a)

The permittee shall have and maintain the transfer ambulance and crew on a twenty-four-hour daily basis for nonemergency transfers.

(b)

The permittee shall maintain one (1) of the following: a city telephone number, a city telephone number which is call-forwarded to a dispatcher, or a metro telephone number which shall be manned twenty-four (24) hours daily, all calls to be toll free to the citizens of the city.

(c)

The schedule of rates and charges applicable in the city emergency service area shall be made uniformly and equally to all persons for all services rendered and shall be subject to approval by the city commission.
