During the term of this permit, or any extension thereof, the permittee agrees to
purchase and keep in full force and effect public liability insurance in the amount
of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00). The permittee also agrees to purchase
and keep in full force and effect medical malpractice insurance in the amount of one
million dollars ($1,000,000.00).
