§ 12-5. Affrays.

It is unlawful for two (2) or more persons to fight together in a public place within this city. For the purpose of this section, the term "public place" shall mean any public road, street or alley of the city, or any inn, tavern, store, workshop or place at which people are assembled or to which people commonly resort for purposes of business, amusement, recreation or other lawful purposes.
