§ 12-45. Prohibition of smoking in seating area at an outdoor event.

Latest version.

A person may not smoke, which includes the use of E-cigarette or electronic cigarette or electronic smoking devices in, and within fifty (50) feet of:
(1)

The seating area of an outdoor arena, stadium, or amphitheater; or

(2)

Bleachers, grandstands, benches, and dugouts for use by spectators or participants at a sporting or other public event; or

(3)

In, and within twenty-five (25) feet of, outdoor playgrounds in use by children.
