§ 14-25. Vehicular signs.

(a)

Signs are not allowed that are attached to or upon any vehicle where any such vehicle is allowed to remain parked in the same location or vicinity for a period of seventy-two (72) consecutive hours or more, or at frequent or extended periods of time, where the intent is apparent to use the vehicle and signs for advertising purposes.

(b)

Exempt signs: Construction trailers that have current building permits on construction sites.
