§ 15-30. Draining of garbage and trash; wrapping of animal matter.

Latest version.

All solid waste or trash that is mixed with water or other liquid shall be drained before being put in the bag, can or receptacle. All animal matter that is subject to decomposition shall be well wrapped in paper or other combustible material before being deposited in such bag, container or receptacle.
