§ 17-38. Zones of quiet.

(a)

Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating a zone of quiet or sick zone, no person operating a motor vehicle within any such zone shall sound the horn or other warning device of such vehicle, except in an emergency.

(b)

All the territory within two hundred (200) feet of the premises of any hospital in the city is hereby created and established as a zone of quiet.
