§ 18-311. Monitoring for surcharge.

Discharge requirements and surcharges. Users generating abnormal industrial waste may discharge into the POTW provided:
(1)

The waste will not endanger or be harmful to the operating system of the POTW;

(2)

The waste will not cause damage to the collection system;

(3)

The waste will not impair the treatment process;

(4)

The user discharging the waste pays a monthly surcharge to the City of Ennis, Texas in addition to the usual monthly service charge.
