§ 2-199.12. Purpose of the board.

(a)

To encourage public and private participation in the Keep Ennis Beautiful Program.

(b)

To establish goals and priorities for the Keep Ennis Beautiful Program.

(c)

To evaluate the progress of said goals and priorities.

(d)

To inspire, initiate, plan, direct and coordinate programs for the education and promotion of environmentally responsible behaviors and attitudes.

(e)

To ensure adequate funding and adopt a proposed annual budget necessary to support the Keep Ennis Beautiful Program.
