§ 2-81. Finding of necessity.

The city commission hereby finds, determines, recites and declares that it is wise, expedient, necessary and advisable that the Dallas/Ft. Worth Superconducting Super Collider Research Authority, hereinafter in this division referred to as the authority, be formed.
