§ 2-173. Powers.

The jurisdiction of the park and recreation board shall be to work with any individual or group for the development and beautification of any park or recreational facility under the jurisdiction of the city and shall advise and counsel with the city commission in its development and beautification and improvement of any of the park or recreation facilities under the jurisdiction of the city.
