§ 2-233. Racial profiling prohibited.

The City of Ennis, Texas, hereby adopts a policy that prohibits Ennis Peace Officers from engaging in racial profiling in compliance with arts. 2.131 through 2.136 of the Texas Penal Code and said policy hereunto attached and identified as "Exhibit A"* shall be incorporated into the General Orders of the Ennis Police Department prior to December 31, 2001.
