§ 3-11. Facility damage.

(a)

[ Generally. ] Any person damaging any light, fixture, or other airport property by means of contact with an aircraft, or any other means, shall report such damage to the airport manager's office immediately and shall be fully responsible for any costs required to repair the damage or replace the damaged item.

(b)

Damage to runway lights. Any person damaging any field light or fixture by operation of an aircraft or otherwise shall immediately report such damage to the airport manager. Persons causing damage to runway and taxiway lights, as a result of negligent operation of an aircraft or willful acts will be liable for replacement cost of the light(s) and/or fixtures.
