§ 3-16. Airport and equipment.

(a)

No person shall interfere with, tamper with, unlawfully remove or injure any part of the airport or any of the equipment thereof.

(b)

Any person, corporate or individual, and the owner of any aircraft causing damage of any kind to said airport, whether through violation of any of these rules or through vandalism or any act of negligence, shall be liable therefore in and to the city.
