§ 3-2. Compliance with chapter.

Compliance with this chapter will be enforced by the airport manager, as the person employed and authorized by the city to manage and supervise the operation of the municipal airport. All persons on any part of the property comprising the municipal airport shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter and by orders and instructions appertaining thereto issued by the airport manager.
