§ 3-4. FAA regulations.

(a)

Aeronautical activities at the municipal airport, and all flying of aircraft departing from or arriving in the air space above the airport, shall be conducted in conformity with current provisions of the federal aviation administration regulations.

(b)

Federal air traffic rules of the Federal Aviation Administration for aircraft operated anywhere in the United States, and presently or hereafter effective, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set forth and incorporated herein.
