§ 3-7. Enforcement.

(a)

In addition to members of the city police and fire departments, airport employees are authorized to require compliance with these regulations. No authority is either hereby expressed or implied, however, that would permit any individual or agency other than the city or its city manager to change, amend, or mitigate the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

The airport manager may remove or eject from the airport premises any person who knowingly and wilfully violates any regulation set forth in this chapter, or any order or instruction issued by the airport manager under the authority of this chapter, and he may deny use of the airport and its facilities to any such person if he determines that such a denial is necessary under the circumstances.
