§ 3-48. Aircraft accident reports.

Persons involved in aircraft accidents occurring on the airport shall make a full report thereof to the airport manager's office and to the federal aviation administration as soon after the accident as possible. Such report shall include names and addresses of persons involved, and of any witnesses.
