§ 14-4. Appeals.

Any person, firm, or corporation aggrieved by a decision of the inspection services department may within ten (10) days of such decision, appeal to the zoning board of adjustments and appeals. Said appeal shall be in writing and state the section of the chapter from which the appeal is made and the basis for the appeal.
