§ 14-5. Violations.

(a)

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable as a Class C misdemeanor, in addition to any enforcement provisions set out herein.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to violate the provisions of this chapter and any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined upon conviction as prescribed herein, and each day any violation or noncompliance continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
