§ 2-200. City manager; authority to approve certain subdivision plats.

Pursuant to Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended in 1999, the City Commission of Ennis, Texas hereby designates the city manager or the city manager's designee the authority to approve certain subdivision plats as described in Section 212.0065 and 212.0145 of the Texas Local Government Code and any subsequent amendments thereto.
